Alcon is seeking an IOL Manager - Surgical Sales to support hospitals across Ireland and Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will manage the overall IOL portfolio, showcase product benefits, differentiate against competitors, and provide technical consultancy. Responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining existing relationships, analyzing competitor activity, and ensuring an excellent company image. The role requires deep knowledge of IOLs, strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-oriented mindset, flexibility, motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
