The role serves as a customer liaison while installing, maintaining, and upgrading equipment; using digital analytics and basic diagnostics; performing preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems; and coordinating with customers. The position requires an associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification, along with 1–2 years of customer or field service support experience, and involves 75% travel.
