AlayaCare is hiring a full-time iOS Developer for its Engineering and Mobile teams in Montreal. The role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining complex enterprise-level iOS applications; leading technical innovation and mentoring; contributing to the product-wide technical roadmap; supporting production issues and automated testing; and collaborating with product owners, designers, and other engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field, at least four years of professional software engineering experience with deep iOS development experience, experience with complex multi-screen applications, strong communication skills, and bilingual French and English proficiency. The role follows a hybrid model with two in-office collaboration days per week and includes equity, health benefits, telemedicine, and lifestyle spending accounts.
