Superhuman is hiring an iOS Engineering Manager to own the team’s outcomes and the one-to-two-year technical vision for its iOS mobile platform. The role partners with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager on product strategy, leads high-complexity engineering initiatives, mentors senior engineers, and drives alignment across functions. It requires 8+ years of iOS or related development experience, expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and iOS frameworks, and experience in 0-to-1 environments. The role offers a remote-flexible model for most candidates and a hybrid setup for those based in Canada.
