Hogan Lovells Cadwalader US LLP is hiring a mid- to senior-level transactional associate for its San Francisco IP & Technology Transactions practice. The role involves drafting and negotiating technology, development, collaboration, licensing, supply chain, outsourcing, and technology-services agreements; managing IP and M&A due diligence; drafting IP provisions in corporate transactions; and advising clients on IP ownership, protection, and licensing strategies across technology industries. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, significant technology and IP transaction experience, at least five years of law firm practice, and the ability to lead teams and mentor junior associates. The expected base salary is $365,000 to $420,000 per year, with potential bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and possible relocation.
