The role requires at least four years of U.S. patent prosecution experience, including foreign patent prosecution exposure, along with advanced knowledge of U.S. and PCT prosecution, USPTO systems, and related software. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with an anticipated base salary of $74,000–$102,000 in Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and $81,000–$112,000 in San Francisco and New York, plus medical, dental, vision, profit-sharing, paid time off, and other benefits.
