Vodafone is hiring an IP Core Network Specialist to provide expert-level technical support, incident management, fault resolution, and service restoration across complex IP/MPLS, transport, and optical networks. The role handles major incidents and critical outages, performs advanced troubleshooting, leads technical bridge calls, conducts root cause analysis, manages customer escalations, and supports service improvement and operational excellence. Candidates need 6 to 8 years of experience in telecom, ISP, or service provider environments, strong multi-vendor IP/MPLS troubleshooting expertise, and experience with Nokia, Huawei, and Cisco platforms.
