Vodafone is hiring an IP Core Network Specialist to provide expert-level technical support, incident management, fault resolution, and service restoration across complex IP/MPLS, transport, and optical networks. The role handles major incidents, Level 2 escalations, root cause analysis, customer-facing technical escalations, stakeholder communication, and recurring-issue resolution, while supporting Nokia, Huawei, and Cisco platforms and mentoring Level 1 engineers. Candidates need 6 to 8 years of experience in telecom, ISP, or service-provider environments, strong network operations and troubleshooting expertise, and knowledge of IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, traffic engineering, multicast, IPv4/IPv6, and QoS.
