Vodafone is hiring an IP Core Network Specialist to provide expert-level technical support, incident management, fault resolution, and service restoration across complex IP/MPLS, transport, and optical networks. The role involves major incident ownership, advanced troubleshooting, Level 2 escalation support, customer and stakeholder communication, root cause analysis, recurring-issue resolution, and mentoring of Level 1 engineers. Candidates need 6 to 8 years of experience in telecom, ISP, or service-provider environments, strong multi-vendor IP/MPLS expertise, and hands-on experience with Nokia, Huawei, and Cisco platforms.
