The role covers trademark clearance, prosecution, portfolio strategy, enforcement, domain disputes, online brand protection, litigation support, and counsel to marketing, product, and go-to-market teams. Candidates need a JD, active U.S. state bar membership, substantial trademark and domain experience, and hands-on clearance, filing, enforcement, and portfolio-management experience. The position offers an annual salary of $335,000–$385,000 USD, requires office presence at least 25% of the time, and may offer visa sponsorship.
