Polsinelli is hiring an experienced IP Docket Specialist to manage intellectual property portfolios across domestic and international patent and trademark matters. The role maintains knowledge of USPTO, PCT, and international prosecution procedures; tracks deadlines and manages communications in docketing software; retrieves application details; generates portfolio reports; and assists with transfers and patent-office formalities. The position is available in any city where the firm has an office, is hybrid, and offers a budgeted salary of $75,000 to $95,000.
