Akerman is hiring a full-time IP Docketing Manager to lead and oversee intellectual property docketing across U.S. and foreign patent and trademark matters. The role combines technical IP knowledge with people leadership, systems ownership, process improvement, quality assurance, reporting, and advisory support for attorneys and firm leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of intellectual property docketing experience in a law firm, and at least three years leading or supervising an IP docketing team. The position offers an annual salary range of $140,000 to $165,000, a discretionary holiday bonus, and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
