Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is hiring a junior-to-mid-level transactional associate for its Life Sciences Licensing and Commercial Transactions practice in the Northern Virginia office. The role requires three to six years of experience, strong writing and analytical skills, top academic credentials, and Virginia Bar membership; licensing, collaboration, commercial transactions, pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare experience are preferred. The expected base salary is $260,000 to $390,000 per year, with possible bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and possible relocation.
