TEHORA is hiring an IP Telephony Administrator to support, evolve, and optimize telecommunications platforms, with a focus on Cisco Collaboration infrastructure. The role administers Cisco IP telephony systems, configures CUCM, Unity, and UCCX, integrates SIP and analog lines, resolves incidents, produces technical documentation, and collaborates with network and infrastructure teams. The position is based in Montreal with a hybrid work arrangement and requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, at least 10 years of relevant experience, experience with IP telephony environments serving more than 2,000 users, and proficiency in Cisco Collaboration technologies and networking.
