Description
The employer is hiring a Verint PCI Telephony Engineer to lead PCI DSS compliance and onboarding for US telephony and recording environments while supporting the migration from Cisco IP telephony to Content Guru. The role includes configuring and validating PCI controls, managing onboarding, designing and testing recording and IVR platforms, collaborating with compliance and security teams, and providing occasional legacy Cisco telephony engineering support. It requires 8+ years of IP telephony engineering experience, principal-level system design ownership, Verint or comparable cloud CCaaS experience, and fluent English; the position is 100% remote and offered as a PJ contract.
