KRAFTON is hiring an IP Visual Lead to define and maintain the visual foundation and world-building standards for the PUBG IP Universe, manage external studio and artist collaboration, establish review and quality-control systems, and support multiple parallel projects. The role requires 8+ years of concept or 3D art experience, 2+ years of art director experience, strong communication, lighting knowledge, and experience with visual standards and external production. It is a professional contract position based in Seochogu, Majesta City Tower I, with a five-month probationary period.
