Forvia is hiring an IPEX Specialist to connect production units and technical services, define and implement injection manufacturing processes, support product interface activities with R&D, and drive productivity and continuous improvement across plants. The role requires hands-on expertise in injection molding processes and materials, KPI management, problem solving, training, and application of best practices through the IPEX network, while meeting HSE and quality/ethics standards.
