Ingredion is hiring an IPS Engineer (Continuous Improvement Engineer) in North Kansas City to lead the implementation, sustainability, and improvement of the Ingredion Performance System and support plant operations through process studies, problem-solving, KPI and OEE management, digital solutions, Kaizen events, RCA studies, and training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, process or industrial engineering experience, lean-management experience, and experience with OEE or digital process-improvement solutions; Microsoft Power tools are preferred. The position is onsite, pays $84,400 to $112,533.33 annually, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
