Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager reports to the Manufacturing Unit Manager and is responsible for coordinating plant equipment, personnel, production processes, budgets, quality, planning targets, working capital, subcontractors, and operational excellence. The role also supports sales visits and integrates lean manufacturing principles. Requirements include a BS in Industrial Engineering or a similar engineering field, at least 12 years of procurement, logistics, or engineering management experience in a manufacturing environment, PC and Microsoft Office proficiency, presentation and reporting experience, and the ability to supervise and evaluate others.
