Description
The Production Manager leads a production unit or line, coordinating equipment, personnel, scheduling, quality, safety, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet demand and productivity targets. The role also develops operational programs and metrics, improves production performance, and guides and develops direct and indirect subordinates. It requires an engineering or related bachelor's degree, at least three years of people-management experience, at least five years of process-control, production or manufacturing, or quality-management experience, and fluency in English.
