Description
The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse provides pre- and post-procedure patient assessment, monitoring, care planning, education, IV initiation, moderate sedation administration, documentation, and coordination with the healthcare team for radiology procedures. The role is PRN/as-needed, working 5–20 hours per week, and requires an RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and an accredited nursing program; BSN and one year of interventional radiology experience are preferred.
