Mauna Kea Resort is hiring an IRD Waithelp to support in-room dining operations. The role involves setting up and delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms, providing warm personalized guest service, taking room service orders by phone when needed, maintaining carts and service equipment, retrieving used dishes and trays, stocking supplies, and reporting suspicious persons to security. The position requires a Department of Health TB test clearance, applicants to be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages, verbal and telephone communication skills, and the ability to stand, walk, push and pull carts, and carry trays weighing up to 10 pounds.
