Description
The Room Service Attendant sets up and delivers room-service food and beverage orders to guest rooms, checks garnishes, utensils, and presentation, maintains carts and equipment, retrieves and returns trays, answers room-service telephone orders, and delivers resort amenities. The role requires standing and walking for most of the shift, transporting carts and trays, carrying up to 10 pounds, communicating with guests and over the phone, using the resort’s POS system, and passing a Department of Health TB test. Applicants must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages, and the position may require more than 40 hours or five days per week.
