Optimized Process Designs, LLC is hiring an Ironworker General Foreman for a jobsite in Vidor, Texas. The role leads small ironworker crews, assigns duties, ensures training and safety compliance, communicates with riggers and crane operators, and reports work records to the superintendent. The position requires at least four years of foreman or supervisor experience, knowledge of crane signals, the ability to work on elevated platforms and in outdoor conditions, and availability for extended travel and shifts up to 12 hours per day and seven days per week.
