Description
The Structural Steel Superintendent provides leadership, management, and supervision for structural steel erection and fabrication work, coordinating foremen and crews, maintaining schedules and work packages, and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. The role requires at least five years of relevant construction experience for level I and six or more years for level II, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in varying outdoor conditions.
