Optimized Process Designs, LLC is hiring an Ironworker Helper for a jobsite in Baytown II, Texas. The role supports an Ironworker by assembling and securing structural supports, learning structural drawings, using torque wrenches and impact guns, handling rigging equipment, assisting with crane lifts, and performing basic i-beam cutting. The position requires at least one year of ironworker helper experience, knowledge of tape measures and basic math, familiarity with crane signals, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work at heights, in outdoor conditions, and on extended shifts.
