Down To Earth is hiring an Irrigation Foreman to lead irrigation installation crews on new construction and renovation projects within its landscaping construction division. The role supervises daily work, installs and troubleshoots irrigation systems, coordinates with project teams, enforces safety standards, maintains documentation, and trains crew members. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of irrigation installation experience including two years in a leadership or foreman role, strong technical and leadership skills, a valid Florida driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
