HPC-Industrial is hiring a Crew Leader / Foreman to lead two or more industrial cleaning crews, coordinate daily operations, manage equipment and paperwork, ensure safety and compliance, train equipment technicians, and perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services. The role requires at least two years of verifiable industrial cleaning experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong equipment and communication skills, and current HPC-Industrial driver certification; mechanical troubleshooting experience is preferred.
