HPC-Industrial is hiring a Crew Leader / Foreman to lead two or more industrial cleaning crews, coordinate daily operations, operate and troubleshoot hydroblasting and vacuum-truck equipment, complete accurate documentation, maintain safety and customer relations, and train equipment technicians. The role requires at least two years of verifiable industrial cleaning service, a high school diploma or GED, strong equipment and communication skills, and current HPC-Industrial driver certification; mechanical troubleshooting experience is preferred.
