HPC-Industrial is hiring a Crew Leader / Foreman to lead two or more industrial cleaning crews, coordinate daily operations, manage equipment and paperwork, ensure safety and compliance, train equipment technicians, and perform hydroblasting and vacuum-truck services. The role requires at least two years of verifiable industrial cleaning experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong equipment and communication skills, and current HPC-Industrial driver certification; mechanical troubleshooting experience is preferred.
