ABB is hiring an onsite IT Support Specialist to support enterprise end-user and manufacturing information systems at its Pinetops, North Carolina facility. The role covers PC lifecycle support, imaging, inventory, user setup, peripherals, printers and label-printing solutions, manufacturing equipment support, infrastructure installation, troubleshooting, and temporary team leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least three years of enterprise end-user support experience, Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, networking and server infrastructure knowledge, and experience with factory IT environments and label-printing software.
