Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is hiring a Project Manager to lead and manage project execution and profitability, serve as the primary customer contact, prepare work plans and proposals, document site activities and change orders, provide field directives, operate and maintain hydro-blast equipment, and support engineering, cost estimating, subcontractor selection, procurement, collections, and compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in industrial services, hydro blasting, or chemical cleaning, cost estimating and computer experience, strong customer and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
