Credit Union West is seeking an Information Systems/Business Analyst to analyze complex business and system data, develop reports and automation, identify process improvements, maintain and monitor banking software, and lead cross-functional projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, 5–8 years of Information Systems experience in a financial institution, and knowledge of SQL, change management, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and federal banking laws.
