Thompson Industrial is hiring Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to perform industrial cleaning and environmental services at customer locations. The role involves operating and maintaining hydro-blasting, ultra-high-pressure, vacuum, cutting, and other specialized equipment; leading two or more service crews; ensuring safety, documentation, customer relations, and compliance; and performing hands-on surface inspections. The position requires vocational preparation, English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, emergency-equipment knowledge, and a TWIC credential, with physical demands including heavy lifting, confined-space work, and work in extreme weather.
