Description
The ISC E2E Engineering Delivery Leader reports to the Director, ISC Engineering and is accountable for end-to-end project delivery across new product introductions, large capital investment projects, and significant modernization projects. The role leads cross-functional engineering teams, coordinates equipment procurement, installation, qualification, validation, documentation, training, and operational handoff, and ensures compliance with regulatory, quality, safety, and environmental requirements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and proven success leading large-scale NPI or capital investment projects.
