The role manages bids, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, safety, quality, documentation, and cross-functional teams, while supporting customer relationships and professional development. Candidates need post-secondary education in project management, engineering, engineering technology, or relevant experience, at least five years of program management experience for complex projects, experience with multi-million-dollar programs, knowledge of industry regulations, and eligibility for Canadian Government Security and Controlled Goods clearances.
