Description
The ISR Program Manager serves as the primary execution lead for strategic manned airborne ISR customers, coordinating program activities, workstreams, schedules, risks, budgets, Earned Value Management reporting, customer engagement, and operational readiness. The role leads cross-functional teams, supports mission execution and deployment stand-ups, manages contracts and RFP/RFQ activities, and drives operational excellence in domestic and austere international environments. Candidates need 6–12 years of direct experience with manned airborne ISR operations, relevant government-customer experience, U.S. Government contracting knowledge, EVM experience, and a bachelor’s degree; PMP, DCMA, subcontract, Agile, CMMI, data architecture, and ISO 9001 experience are preferred. The position works in an office or hybrid environment.
