JCTM is hiring an ISR SME and Liaison Officer to support the Commandant of the Marine Corps’ Planning Guidance and HQMC Information and Intelligence Division. The role integrates Intelligence Community tradecraft and data, leverages emerging DoD and Intelligence Community capabilities, aligns solutions to DoD ISR problems, and assists with intelligence concepts and technical intelligence capabilities. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance, CAP/SAP/STO eligibility, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 12 years of multi-intelligence United States Marine Corps tactical-to-strategic experience.
