Rheinmetall is hiring an ISS/TLB Integration Manager to plan, acquire, negotiate, and manage integrated maritime systems service and technical-life-support contracts for ships, boats, and critical infrastructure. The role coordinates customer and subcontractor interfaces, manages costs, quality, and deadlines, develops maintenance and operating concepts, leads integration and service teams, prepares quotations, and maintains customer relationships. It requires a technical bachelor's degree or comparable qualification, several years of ISS/service/TLB contract or integration-management experience, strong technical English, basic SAP knowledge, and willingness to travel worldwide.
