Description
The Marketplace Security Compliance Officer owns the security and privacy compliance posture and MARS-E suite lifecycle for the Marketplace, providing authoritative control interpretation, standardizing ATO artifacts and evidence quality, coordinating with ISPG and ADO ISSOs, managing risk and exception processes, and leading audit readiness. The role supports RMF execution, NIST SP 800-53 and SP 800-53A assessment activities, CMS ARS requirements, and continuous monitoring. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 8–12+ years of cybersecurity risk and compliance experience, 5+ years of federal RMF/ATO work, and a Public Trust clearance; the position is contingent upon a contract award and offers medical, dental, and vision benefits.
