Citi is hiring a senior Issue Management professional to lead the governance, investigation, remediation, and lifecycle oversight of control gaps and compliance issues across risk segments. The role coordinates with business units, internal audit, regulators, and senior management; develops corrective action plans; analyzes risks and controls; tracks issue inventories; and drives sustainable improvements. It requires 15+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or control-related functions in financial services, along with strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The position is full time and offers a salary range of $160,000 to $350,000.
