Description
The role supports and administers cloud-based IT infrastructure, identity and access management, SaaS applications, collaboration tools, conference-room hardware, and internal user support. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting, documentation, vendor coordination, and maintaining secure and user-friendly IT systems. The position requires at least five years of IT administration or engineering experience, IAM and cloud-administration experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
