Helpware is hiring an IT Specialist in Orlando, Florida to provide on-site and remote technical support for user hardware, software, and networking issues. The role includes installing and configuring systems, maintaining hardware and software inventories, troubleshooting problems, managing operating systems and licenses, supporting end users, and coordinating with supervisors on new systems and upgrades. Candidates should have BPO and desktop or help-desk experience, networking and telephony knowledge, strong communication and customer-service skills, and an associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
