Withcaps is hiring an IT Administrator for its internal systems in Mainz. The role supports employees and clients through remote and on-site assistance, manages applications, databases, ERP systems, Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory, VoIP, and monitoring and ticket systems, processes trouble tickets, documents solutions, supports data-center installations and onboarding, and participates in a rotating on-call system. The position requires Microsoft and Linux system administration knowledge, server and Active Directory experience, German and English proficiency, and strong independent and team-oriented working skills.
