Description
The IT Administrator manages and supports the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, ERP and MES systems, shop-floor technologies, and end-user support. The role also develops Power BI dashboards and reports, supports manufacturing operations, coordinates with vendors, and assists with IT projects. It requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, at least three years of IT administration or systems support experience, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, Power BI, SQL, and data modeling. The position works in office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments and may require occasional after-hours support and travel.
