Description
Tipico is hiring an IT Administrator to provide desk-side and remote IT support, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, maintain documentation, and repair hardware and software across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. The role requires 3–5 years of IT support experience, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration experience, Windows and macOS support, Atlassian tools, and ITIL knowledge.
