alphacaps is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and develop its Microsoft-centered IT environment. The role covers network infrastructure, security systems, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure services, endpoint provisioning, IT service processes, documentation, user training, incident resolution, and participation in digitalization, Modern Workplace, security, and infrastructure projects. The position is primarily on-site with one home-office day per week and requires several years of IT administration experience, German fluency, and strong service and communication skills.
