Description
The Systemadministrator installs and configures workstation and server systems, optimizes Mac hardware, manages databases and backup/recovery functions, and independently troubleshoots problems with support from developers and technicians. The role requires an IT professional or experienced career changer, knowledge of Linux or Windows, databases, and scripting languages such as Bash or Perl; Apple product knowledge is advantageous. The position is primarily on-site, with part-time work possible, and offers flexible working hours and home-office options. German proficiency at C1 level is required.
