HELPLINE is hiring an IT Infrastructure and Systems Administrator in Villeneuve-d’Ascq, France. Reporting to the France IT Department, the role administers server, network, workstation, mobile, cloud, virtualization, telephony, and security environments; manages store server interventions and operational incidents; coordinates expert groups and operational committees; and supports procedures and project onboarding. The permanent, 35-hour-per-week position requires at least three years of similar experience, professional French and English, and rotating on-call duty. Salary is approximately €36,000 per year, with family health insurance and other benefits.
