Description
The IT Administrator will provide on-site and remote customer support for end users, manage computer operations and documentation, install and maintain IT systems and phone/voicemail systems, perform backups and emergency recovery, support audit and compliance requirements, and assist the Fire & Safety Germany IT team with technical support, network management, and user administration. The role requires relevant education or vocational training, several years of related experience, strong IT administration and support skills, and very good German and English skills.
